| The Four Objectives | |
INFORM:
|
To inform each mentee on what their prospective career choice fully entails, from day-to-day responsibilities to the overall impact it can have on their lives |
DIRECT : |
To detail the path necessary to attain such a career for the mentees |
DEVELOP: |
To lead to shadowing, interning and other career development opportunities |
NETWORK: |
To establish professional relationships for the future between mentees and mentors |
HOW IT WORKS
- Students and professionals must fill out an application
- E’rootha matches students with professionals
- The student will receive the professional’s brief bio and contact information
- The student should then contact the professional and they should arrange for a
one-on-one meeting at a place and time of mutual convenience and begin the mentorship
